PLAYERS MUST PLAY ON THEIR HIGH SCHOOL TEAM OR HAVE HIGH SCHOOL TEAM EXPERIENCE.

Our High School Volleyball All Skills Clinics are for players that are looking to elevate their volleyball skills for the next season.
Practices are once a week .
Volleyball skills development focus will be on:
- Warm up, stretching, agility & strength training
- Ball Control & Passing
- Serving Precision and power
- Hitting/Attacking
- Setting
